How long does the Cooling Bag keep things cool?
The Cooling Bag is insulated to keep temperature-sensitive vials cool away from the fridge — on commutes, travel days and warm afternoons. We publish the exact cold-retention figure with the finished product at launch rather than estimating it beforehand; that number is measured, then printed.
What fits inside?
The bag is sized for the essentials of a considered routine: temperature-sensitive vials held securely, with room for the Pen and its companions. It slips into a tote, a gym bag or a carry-on without announcing itself.
Can I take it on a flight?
The bag itself is ordinary hand luggage. If you travel with any medicine, check your airline's and destination's rules and carry prescriptions in their original packaging — our travel guide covers the practical detail for flying from the UK.
How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe inside and out with a soft, damp cloth and let it dry fully between uses — no machine washing. The full care guide ships with the bag and lives in our Journal.
