Host an
Elixir Day.

A room, a table, two chairs. We bring the rest.

An Elixir Day is a booked day of blood testing at your venue — a club, a workplace, a residential building — run by our team on our analyser. For finger-prick panels the room needs to be about 1.5 metres square with a table and two chairs; for venous panels it needs a reclining couch and a hand-wash basin. We bring everything else, and we handle every certificate a venue will ask for.

What the venue provides

  • A private room. Chair model: 1.5m × 1.5m, a table, two chairs, a power socket. Couch model: add a reclining couch and a plumbed basin — committee rooms rarely have one, which is why we ask.
  • A line in your newsletter or on your website, with a link to your venue's own page on our site, so your members can book.

What we provide

  • The team, the analyser, the centrifuge where needed, all consumables, sharps and clinical waste under our own contract.
  • Public liability, employers' liability, malpractice cover, a risk assessment and method statement, and PAT certificates for every device — fourteen days before, covering set-up and pack-down.
  • A venue page on our site that exists only because your day does, and that we take down when it has passed.

Who it suits

Golf clubs, where the membership is exactly the people who ask these questions and the secretary is one decision-maker. Employers with night shifts, who owe their workers an assessment already. Residential operators with a wellness programme and a room.

Host an Elixir Day

Elixir Health is a point-of-care measurement service. Samples are analysed at the venue and never sent to a laboratory. A single measurement on a single day is not a diagnosis. Elixir is not a clinic or a pharmacy. 18+.
