Why organisations pick this over a postal kit

A posted sample comes back in a week, as a PDF, to someone who has already forgotten they did it. Almost nobody acts on it. A result handed over in a room, by a person who explains what the number is and what can move it, gets read — and the follow-up conversation happens while the person is still sitting down. That is the whole difference, and it is why we do not post anything anywhere.
