Blood testing,
in fifteen minutes.
A small panel of markers, measured in the room while you wait, explained by a person, reviewed by a clinician, and kept in a record you own.

Book and pay with the clinic. Elixir is not a clinic or a pharmacy. 18+, UK.
Elixir Health measures a small number of blood markers at a venue and gives you the printed result, explained by a person, the same visit — usually within 20 minutes. It is a measurement service, not a diagnosis: results are reviewed by a GMC-registered clinician, and anything outside the expected range is referred to a clinician rather than answered with a product.
Measure first, then optimise.
Most people who look after themselves are guessing. A supplement routine, a training block, a change of diet — all of it built on how you feel, not on what is actually there. Elixir Health puts a number under the guess: a small panel of markers, taken and analysed in the room, handed to you on paper with a person to explain it, and stored in your own record so the next one has something to stand beside.
What it is
- A finger-prick or venous sample, analysed on a Getein 1160 point-of-care analyser at the venue. Nothing leaves the room.
- Four, eight or twelve markers, chosen for men and for women. Not a whole-body panel — a small number of things measured properly.
- A GMC-registered clinician reviewing every panel.
- A record you own, and a retest at twelve weeks, because the point of a baseline is that it moves.
Where — London and Essex first
Elixir Health runs in London and Essex first, with clinics across the UK. In London the clinics sit mostly south-west of the river; the City, Canary Wharf and the East have none, which is where Elixir Days go. In Essex, Chelmsford and Basildon have no clinic at all and Southend's is a mile out in Westcliff — the towns where Elixir Days begin. Every clinic on one map.
What it is not
- Not a diagnosis. A result outside the expected range goes to a clinician, not to a shop.
- Not a laboratory service. We do not post samples anywhere, which is why the result is minutes rather than days.
- Not a public-health programme, and never sold as one.
Elixir Health is a point-of-care measurement service. Samples are analysed at the venue and never sent to a laboratory. A single measurement on a single day is not a diagnosis. Elixir is not a clinic or a pharmacy. 18+.

One message per new Elixir Day within fifteen miles of your postcode area — the venue, the town, the date. Nothing else, ever. Its own permission, withdrawable in one click.
Type your full postcode if it is easier — we only keep the first part (the CM1 in CM1 1GU), because that is all we need to know which days are near you. We keep your name, email and that postcode area. No result, ever, decides whether you hear from us. How that works.
