No. Elixir Health measures markers and shows them against the reference range for the test. A result outside the range is referred to our clinician. Nothing here is a diagnosis of anything.

Never. Samples are run on the analyser in the room and disposed of at the venue. That is why the result takes minutes.

You, and our clinician. Not the venue, not an employer, not our marketing system. Your record is encrypted and held under the clinician's responsibility.

For the twelve markers validated for finger prick, yes — that is what the test is validated for. For the others we take a venous sample, because using a fingertip sample on those would be off-label. The full answer.

Because it peaks in the morning and the Endocrine Society requires two morning fasted samples to support any conclusion. One result is a measurement, not a diagnosis.

Not from us. A point-of-care analyser runs a small number of markers well; a laboratory runs dozens off one tube. If you want fifty markers, a postal laboratory service is the right product. If you want four to twelve, measured properly, with the result in the room and a doctor on it, that is us.

No. A result below the range goes to a clinician, not a shop. A result in range but toward one end may be shown, separately from the result, with the only wording we are permitted to use about a nutrient — and only if you choose to look.

Book the retest before you leave. The only message you will receive is a reminder of that appointment — date, time, place. We do not send "time to retest" prompts based on a result.
